- 2 Amoroso or hoagie rolls
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 cup caramelized onions

Instructions
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and slightly crispy. Chop into smaller pieces while cooking.
- Push the steak to one side and add caramelized onions to the skillet.
- Layer the cheese over the steak and onions. Cover and let the cheese melt.
- Slice the rolls open and toast lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the cheesy steak and onion mixture onto the rolls. Serve immediately.
