- 2 cups cooked rice (cold, day-old preferred)
- 1 cup diced ham or spam
- ¾ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Scramble eggs, then set aside.
- Sauté ham and garlic until lightly browned.
- Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Toss in pineapple chunks and cooked eggs, mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
Notes
- Cold, day-old rice works best.
- Add chili flakes for spice.
