- 1 tbsp high-quality matcha powder
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate together in a heatproof bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, followed by the eggs, one at a time.
- Sift in matcha powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle crushed pistachios or white chocolate chips on top before baking.
