Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp high-quality matcha powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter and white chocolate together in a heatproof bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Whisk in sugar, followed by the eggs, one at a time.
  • Sift in matcha powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
  • Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
