Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté garlic until fragrant. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.

- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and cover. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
- Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra flavor and nutrients.
