Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  • Gently fold in diced peaches.
  • For the filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spoon batter into liners, filling halfway. Add a dollop of cream cheese filling, then cover with more batter.
