  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbsp water)

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken Wings: Rinse wings under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook Wings:
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), bake on a wire rack for 20–25 minutes.
    • Fry: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry wings for 8–10 minutes.
    • Air Fry: Cook in preheated air fryer at 375°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine: Toss cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
