- ½ cup honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbsp water)
- Optional: Chili flakes, sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Wings: Rinse wings under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Wings:
- Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), bake on a wire rack for 20–25 minutes.
- Fry: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry wings for 8–10 minutes.
- Air Fry: Cook in preheated air fryer at 375°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Combine: Toss cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
