- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
- 1 egg white, beaten (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth in a blender or food processor.
- Stir in seasonings (salt, garlic powder, paprika, Parmesan, and egg white if using).
- Spoon small circles of the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread thinly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool completely before serving—they’ll crisp up even more as they cool!

- For extra crispiness, add a whisked egg white or grated Parmesan to the mixture.
