- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4–6 portions and shape into patties, about ¾ inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange patties in a single layer with space between each.
- Cook patties for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings and sides.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix 1 tbsp grated Parmesan or shredded cheddar into the turkey mixture.
- To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs or almond flour.
- Leftover patties can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
