- White or Yellow Miso Paste (2 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce or Tamari (2 tbsp)
- Mirin or Rice Vinegar (1 tbsp)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (1 tbsp)
- Sesame Seeds (1 tsp, optional)
- Green Onions (2 tbsp, sliced, optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, and honey for the glaze.
- Marinate salmon fillets with the glaze for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry salmon for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
