- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Quarter them into evenly sized pieces.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes before seasoning.
